Shell fabric: single jersey. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
