1. What this product is

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: a polyester / nylon blend. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. A waterproof membrane sits behind the face fabric, and the seams on the exposed panels are sealed so water does not track in along the stitching. The face fabric is tightly woven to cut wind, which is what makes the difference on an exposed pitch or an early start. A stain-resistant finish makes the fabric easier to clean, which shows most in lighter colourways. The camouflage pattern is printed across the panel before cutting, so it runs continuously over the seams instead of breaking at each join. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
