Custom F1 racing shirt

1. What this product is

This shirt is produced for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Colour is the part of a custom order that is easiest to get wrong and hardest to argue about later, so every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot and checked against the approved sample.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
