1. What this product is

A uniform for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors, where the size run and the decoration positions are set by your brief.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: single jersey. Construction: a placket or pullover construction with the trim, badge and finish agreed to your specification. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.
