1. What this product is

This shirt is produced for fishing clubs, charter operators, tackle brands and outdoor retailers, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

The specification work happens before cutting, not after: we agree the fabric, the decoration method and the size chart with you, then produce a sample that has to be signed off before anything goes into bulk.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.

How do you handle shipping and duties?

We quote EXW, FOB or delivered terms depending on what you need, by air, sea or courier. Tell us the delivery address and the incoterm you work on and we will price it that way.
