2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: built to your own size chart; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.

Can you produce a small trial order first?

Yes, and we would rather you did. A trial run proves the fit, the colour and the decoration before you commit to a larger programme.
