2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. An antibacterial finish controls odour between washes, which is what decides whether a garment gets worn twice on a trip or once. The garment is built to be machine washed, with the print or embroidery specified so it survives normal laundry rather than hand care. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
