Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
Decoration: printed decoration. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.
