Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: built to your own size chart; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
