2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: an elasticated waistband with internal drawcord and side or flat seams. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: full sublimation. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
