2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
