Shell fabric: a mesh knit. Construction: set to your specification — send a reference garment, a sketch or an existing sample and we will confirm the cut and the measurements before quoting. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Mesh ventilation is placed under the arms and down the back, which are the two areas that decide how a garment feels in heat. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Stress points are lock-stitched and bar-tacked, and the stitching method is agreed with you before bulk. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.

• Decoration: embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
