A shirt for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors, cut and decorated to a specification you approve before production starts.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

Team kit is seen on grid walks and in sponsor photography as much as in the car, so the finish has to hold up close up. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. First orders are usually one squad or one site. The reorder is what tests us, which is why the artwork and the colour references stay on file.

Colour is the part of a custom order that is easiest to get wrong and hardest to argue about later, so every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot and checked against the approved sample.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
