1. What this product is

A polo shirt for schools, hospitality groups, corporate uniform programmes and facilities operators, cut and decorated to a specification you approve before production starts.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.
