Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
