2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a construction set out on the specification sheet and confirmed against your sample. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; the whole order is cut from a single lot so the colour holds across the size run.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

We make these in our own workshops rather than buying them in, which means an answer about fabric or construction comes from the floor rather than from a trader.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
