2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: deep armholes and a shaped front and back panel. The armhole is bound and shaped so it does not gap when the arms move overhead. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
