2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a construction set out on the specification sheet and confirmed against your sample. Stress points are lock-stitched and bar-tacked, and the stitching method is agreed with you before bulk. Elasticated sections are cut to a specified relaxed and extended length so they hold without pinching. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Yes. Sizes are cut from one fabric lot, so a mixed run still matches on colour. Send the size breakdown with the order rather than a single average size.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
