A polo shirt for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors, cut and decorated to a specification you approve before production starts.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. The fabric carries mechanical or elastane stretch, so the garment moves with the wearer rather than against them. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

The specification work happens before cutting, not after: we agree the fabric, the decoration method and the size chart with you, then produce a sample that has to be signed off before anything goes into bulk.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
