2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.

Can you produce a small trial order first?

Yes, and we would rather you did. A trial run proves the fit, the colour and the decoration before you commit to a larger programme.
