Shell fabric: agreed before quoting. Send a reference garment or a fabric swatch if you have one. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. Elasticated sections are cut to a specified relaxed and extended length so they hold without pinching. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.
