Product Description
Made for baseball and softball clubs, school teams and league merchandise: a t-shirt where the colour, the logo and the size run all come from your brief.
Shell fabric: a mesh knit. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. The fabric sheds moisture quickly, which matters when a garment is worn on consecutive days and has to be dry by the next morning. Mesh ventilation is placed under the arms and down the back, which are the two areas that decide how a garment feels in heat. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
