Made for outdoor clubs, retailers and travel brands: a jacket where the colour, the logo and the size run all come from your brief.
Shell fabric: a fleece-backed knit. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Insulation is graded to the season you are buying for, so a winter order and a shoulder-season order need not be the same garment. The brushed inner face traps air against the body and stays soft after repeated washing. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
Decoration: printed decoration / embroidery. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.
