Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: set to your specification — send a reference garment, a sketch or an existing sample and we will confirm the cut and the measurements before quoting. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.
Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
