This shirt is made to order for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors. Nothing here is held as stock or sold as a stock design.
Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Team kit is seen on grid walks and in sponsor photography as much as in the car, so the finish has to hold up close up. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. First orders are usually one squad or one site. The reorder is what tests us, which is why the artwork and the colour references stay on file.

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
