1. What this product is

Jacket for baseball and softball clubs, school teams and league merchandise. Send your artwork and size breakdown and we build the garment around them.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: 80% polyester / 20% cotton. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Insulation is graded to the season you are buying for, so a winter order and a shoulder-season order need not be the same garment. The garment is built to be machine washed, with the print or embroidery specified so it survives normal laundry rather than hand care. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: printed decoration / embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.
