2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
