Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. The garment is built to be machine washed, with the print or embroidery specified so it survives normal laundry rather than hand care. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

• Decoration: embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
