A shirt designed around retailers, brands and corporate merchandise teams and the way the garment is actually worn.
Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.
Decoration: full sublimation / embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.
Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
