This polo shirt is produced for corporate uniform programmes, hospitality groups, retailers and brand merchandise teams, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.
Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. Embroidery is quoted on stitch count rather than on a flat price, so you can see exactly what a larger logo costs you. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
Decoration: full sublimation / embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.
