2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.
