1. What this product is

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. A waterproof membrane sits behind the face fabric, and the seams on the exposed panels are sealed so water does not track in along the stitching. The face fabric is tightly woven to cut wind, which is what makes the difference on an exposed pitch or an early start. Pockets are cut and bar-tacked to the positions you specify, and every pocket mouth is reinforced where the load pulls hardest. Insulation is graded to the season you are buying for, so a winter order and a shoulder-season order need not be the same garment. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
• Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

How is the price worked out?

Quantity, the number of decoration positions, the size ratio and the fabric choice move the price more than anything else. The reference price above is a starting range; the firm quote follows the artwork.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.
