1. What this product is

Pullover produced for clubs, schools, brands and event organisers to a specification agreed before cutting.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a pull-on construction with ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: built to your own size chart; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we mix sizes within one order?

Yes. Sizes are cut from one fabric lot, so a mixed run still matches on colour. Send the size breakdown with the order rather than a single average size.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
