2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: printed decoration. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Can we mix sizes within one order?

Yes. Sizes are cut from one fabric lot, so a mixed run still matches on colour. Send the size breakdown with the order rather than a single average size.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
