1. What this product is

This polo shirt is produced for corporate uniform programmes, hospitality groups, retailers and brand merchandise teams, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: agreed before quoting. Send a reference garment or a fabric swatch if you have one. Construction: a placket with buttons, a knitted collar and side vents. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

• Decoration: printed decoration. We look at the artwork before we quote, so the method we name is one your file can actually hold.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.
