2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: chosen with you. Describe the weight and the feel you want, or ask to see what we hold for this garment. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: full sublimation. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: your own label can go into the neck, and goods can ship bagged for retail or loose in cartons.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.

Can you produce a small trial order first?

Yes, and we would rather you did. A trial run proves the fit, the colour and the decoration before you commit to a larger programme.
