2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: an elastane-blended knit. Construction: a construction set out on the specification sheet and confirmed against your sample. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. Elasticated sections are cut to a specified relaxed and extended length so they hold without pinching. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: printed decoration. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; the whole order is cut from a single lot so the colour holds across the size run.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.
• Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.
