2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a collar and placket or a plain neckline as specified, with the cuff and hem finished to your brief. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Most customers order a first run, wear it for a season, then reorder with two or three changes. The second order is where the fit and the colour have to match exactly.

The specification work happens before cutting, not after: we agree the fabric, the decoration method and the size chart with you, then produce a sample that has to be signed off before anything goes into bulk.

Can we mix sizes within one order?

Yes. Sizes are cut from one fabric lot, so a mixed run still matches on colour. Send the size breakdown with the order rather than a single average size.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.
