2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: a ribbed neckband and shoulder-to-shoulder taping. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Team kit is seen on grid walks and in sponsor photography as much as in the car, so the finish has to hold up close up. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. Most customers order a first run, wear it for a season, then reorder with two or three changes. The second order is where the fit and the colour have to match exactly.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.

Can you produce a small trial order first?

Yes, and we would rather you did. A trial run proves the fit, the colour and the decoration before you commit to a larger programme.
