2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. Gram weight, finish and trim are confirmed on the specification sheet before cutting, and the size chart is agreed against a physical sample rather than a table.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. The method is checked against your artwork at the quoting stage — a file that works for one process can fail in another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; there is no minimum per size within the order, only a minimum for the order as a whole.
• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.
• Labels and packing: labelling and packing are specified per order: your label, our label, or none at all.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.
