Shell fabric: confirmed with you before quoting — tell us the hand-feel, weight and stretch you are after, or ask for the fabrics we hold for this garment type. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.
Labels and packing: we can apply your branded label and pack to your own carton and barcode standard.
