This vest is produced for basketball clubs, school teams and community leagues, and every panel, colour and logo placement comes from your artwork.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: deep armholes and a shaped front and back panel. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.

• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.

• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.

• Branding positions: tell us the positions you want and every one is quoted on its own line.

• Labels and packing: packing is your choice — single poly-bag with size sticker, or bulk-packed by size.

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
