Shell fabric: selected against your requirement, whether that is a specific composition or a reference sample you send us. Construction: deep armholes and a shaped front and back panel. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.

• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot, so the colour does not drift between garments.

• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.

• Branding positions: we quote per decoration position, so the price you see reflects exactly what you asked for.

• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

What artwork file do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. For all-over or photographic designs a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final print size also works. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, send that and we will set the file up.

Do you put our own label in the garments?

Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels and size strips can all carry your branding, and goods can be packed to your own carton and barcode standard.
