Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: a full-zip front, ribbed or elasticated cuffs and hem, and a lined or unlined body as specified. Printing is chosen to suit the artwork: screen printing for flat spot colours, transfer for fine detail, sublimation for all-over designs. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.

• Decoration: printed decoration. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.

• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.

• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
