Suit made for cycling clubs, gran fondo and sportive organisers, and cycling brands — produced to your own artwork rather than to a stock design.
Shell fabric: a mesh knit. Construction: a matching top and bottom cut from the same fabric lot. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Mesh ventilation is placed under the arms and down the back, which are the two areas that decide how a garment feels in heat. The fabric carries a UV protection rating for long days outdoors. Stress points are lock-stitched and bar-tacked, and the stitching method is agreed with you before bulk. Nothing is cut until the specification sheet is agreed: weight, finish and trims are all on it, together with the size chart.
Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We check the file against the process before pricing it, since line weights and gradients behave differently in each method.
Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; orders are cut to your size breakdown, not to a stock assortment.
Branding positions: positions are quoted individually, so adding a sleeve logo later does not mean re-quoting the whole order.
Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.
