2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: set to your specification — send a reference garment, a sketch or an existing sample and we will confirm the cut and the measurements before quoting. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; colour is matched against your reference and checked across the whole run before packing.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; mixed sizes are accepted inside a single order so you can order to your actual squad or staff breakdown.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

Ordered by clubs, schools, brands and event organisers. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. Most customers order a first run, wear it for a season, then reorder with two or three changes. The second order is where the fit and the colour have to match exactly.

Colour is the part of a custom order that is easiest to get wrong and hardest to argue about later, so every size in an order is cut from the same fabric lot and checked against the approved sample.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.

How do you handle shipping and duties?

We quote EXW, FOB or delivered terms depending on what you need, by air, sea or courier. Tell us the delivery address and the incoterm you work on and we will price it that way.
