2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: a polyester / cotton blend. Construction: a placket or pullover construction with the trim, badge and finish agreed to your specification. Vapour escapes through the fabric rather than condensing inside, so the garment does not turn clammy partway through a session. Sleeve length and cuff construction are specified per size rather than scaled from one sample. The zip is specified by type and length so it does not twist or catch after washing. Weight and finish are recorded on the specification sheet, and the size chart is checked against a physical sample before bulk.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; one dye lot per order, so a small size and a large size match.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: left chest, right chest, centre back, sleeves, collar and hem, each priced separately.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.
