1. What this product is

Made for circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors: a hoodie where the colour, the logo and the size run all come from your brief.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. The specification sheet fixes the weight, the finish and the trims, and it is agreed with you before cutting starts.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. Send the artwork and we will name the method that suits it, rather than working the other way round.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; all sizes come off one fabric lot, which keeps the shade consistent end to end.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; send the numbers per size and we cut to them, rather than rounding to a standard ratio.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: woven label, printed neck label or size strip, poly-bagged or bulk-packed as you need.

Ordered by circuit teams, race series organisers and motorsport sponsors. Team kit is seen on grid walks and in sponsor photography as much as in the car, so the finish has to hold up close up. This product sits in our Sports Teamwear range. If the garment carries a sponsor, a club badge or a school crest, tell us at the quoting stage: placement on a small panel is a different conversation from placement on a large one.

The specification work happens before cutting, not after: we agree the fabric, the decoration method and the size chart with you, then produce a sample that has to be signed off before anything goes into bulk.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.

How long does production take?

It depends on quantity, decoration method and the date you need the goods. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the production window before you commit to anything.
