Made for clubs, schools, brands and event organisers: a hoodie where the colour, the logo and the size run all come from your brief.

2. Fabric and construction

Shell fabric: we will propose options for this garment type once we know the weight and stretch you need. Construction: an attached hood with drawcord, a front pocket or kangaroo pocket, and ribbed cuffs and hem. The hood is cut as part of the garment rather than added afterwards, so it sits flat when worn down. Artwork is printed into the fabric as a dye rather than laid on top of it, so there is no print layer to crack or peel, and the design can run continuously across every panel. The technical sheet carries the weight, the finish and the trim list, and it has to be agreed before we cut.

3. Customisation options

• Decoration: full sublimation. Decoration method is matched to the file you send, and we tell you at quoting if the artwork needs adjusting.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; the whole order is cut from a single lot so the colour holds across the size run.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; size splitting is normal on these orders, so order to the numbers you actually need.
• Branding positions: chest, back, sleeve, collar, hem and cuff — tell us where and we will quote each position.
• Labels and packing: neck labels can be woven, printed or left plain, and packing can be individual poly-bags or bulk cartons.

Yes — a pre-production sample is produced and signed off before bulk starts. Approving the sample is what locks the fabric, colour and decoration method.

Can you produce a small trial order first?

Yes, and we would rather you did. A trial run proves the fit, the colour and the decoration before you commit to a larger programme.
