Shell fabric: set with you at the quoting stage, from the fabrics we hold for this product family. Construction: deep armholes and a shaped front and back panel. Weight, finish and trims are set on the specification sheet and signed off before the fabric is cut.

• Decoration: sublimation, screen print, transfer or embroidery. We confirm the method against your artwork before quoting, because the same file can be right for one method and wrong for another.
• Colour: any Pantone reference you supply; we cut the full size run from one lot, because a shade difference between sizes is the complaint you cannot fix afterwards.
• Size range: S – XXL as standard on this product; you can split the quantity across sizes rather than ordering a flat number of each.
• Branding positions: chest and back are the usual starting points; sleeves, collar and hem are quoted as additions.

What usually goes wrong on an order like this is not the sewing, it is an unapproved artwork version reaching the cutting table. Our process puts a physical sample between your file and bulk for exactly that reason.

Can you match our exact brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. We match against it and confirm on the sample, and the reference stays on file so repeat orders hold the same shade.

Will a repeat order match the first one?

Your artwork, colour references and size chart are kept on file. Repeat the order against the original reference and it comes out matching; if a fabric has to be substituted we tell you before producing it.

What if the finished garments do not match the sample?

The approved sample is the reference for the whole order. Anything outside that reference is our problem to correct, which is why the sample stage is not skipped.
